The Coalition for Regenerative Work

We're launching! Join our movement to make workplaces more human

We are a not-for-profit who believes
every workplace
deserves to be healthy, inviting, warm...human.

Workplaces are made by people for people.

Workplaces are meant to be regenerative.

We're here to ensure that happens.

  • We are a coalition for regenerative ways of working.

  • We are about humanity in the workplace.

  • We are a community of researchers, facilitators, educators and partners.

We have partnered with fellow humanity-centred, education, research and system innovation organizations committed to creating compassionate places of work with resilient team that are both efficient and sustainable because of their humanity.

We offer the latest in mental health, resiliency skills understanding and implementation, and compassionate leadership, and we do it with joy, vigour and vulnerability. We bring humanity into your workplace.

We see a professional ecosystem of leadership teams and coworkers leaning in to each other as they contribute to the learning, growth and mental health of all those within it.

We are here to develop healthy workplaces, compassionate leadership  and regenerative teams.

In the spirit of reconciling and recognizing those who have been on this land for centuries before us, we acknowledge that we live, work, dream and play on the traditional lands of many Indigenous peoples across Turtle Island.

We believe that many of the toxic behaviours and structures we see in workplaces are the result of colonial practices and mindsets, and we seek to find a better way to be.

We are committed to learning, growing, and understanding how our presence has impacted others, and understanding our place within that history – and aiming to make it better in some small way. We are committed to diversity, equity and inclusion and understanding our ancestors and our impacts.  We all strive to decolonize our learning and leadership.
